The Role: Marketing, Social Media – Brand Management
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm in our Pensnett Offices
This is a diverse role that blends innovative marketing with hands-on sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing strategies to promote our pubs and bottled products, using various platforms such as Facebook our Web site and electronic boards within our pub estate. This role also involves promoting our bottle beer sales through current wholesale, and free trade customers and developing this further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and original content for a variety of platforms including websites, social media, magazine adverts and email campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and monitor our 56 social media profiles, crafting strategies to grow our audience and boost engagement.
- E-commerce Optimisation: Manage and enhance our online sales channels to drive revenue and improve customer experience.
- Bottle Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our bottled products, focusing on free trade and wholesale customers.
- Pub Marketing: Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote our 55 pubs, enhancing both online and on-site customer engagement.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, track competitor activities, and analyse customer feedback to inform and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align marketing and sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Proof Reading: You will be responsible for proofreading any documents that you produce, that will end up on social media, on posters, or electronic boards in the public domain, ensuring they are punctuational and grammatically correct.
Qualifications:
- An excellent command of the English language and grammar to A level standard
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on digital channels and content creation.
- Demonstrated success in managing social media accounts and driving online engagement.
- Experience in selling products, preferably within the beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
